Kundalini Yoga was brought to North America by Yogi Bhajan in 1968, but has evolved over thousands of years, originating in India. As there are a wide variety of exercises and meditations utilized in Kundalini Yoga, it can be adapted to address many specific health applications.

Kundalini Yoga Training with Sat Dharam Kaur

Sat Dharam Kaur N.D. has developed a variety of intensive programs to train teachers and allow them to specialize in teaching Kundalini Yoga for specific applications. Current programs include the Level One Aquarian Teacher Training Course, the Healthy Breast Yoga Program, and Beyond Addiction.
